I came to Candlelight Yoga Studio after years of back pain and constant stress from work. I was nervous because I had never done yoga before and worried I would not be flexible enough. From my very first class, the teachers made me feel safe and welcome, explaining every pose and offering simple variations that I could actually do. The candlelit room, soft music, and slow breathing exercises helped me relax more deeply than I have in a long time. After a few weeks of attending two or three times a week, my back feels less tight, I sleep better, and I am noticeably calmer at work. This studio has become an important part of my self‑care routine, and I finally look forward to exercising.
